I bought my lavender , aloe , peppermint, rosemary, basil all at the same nursery. They came in half gal pots. 6-10 inches tall. I transplanted them into 3 gals. Put them outside. We get 80 degree days right now. I plan on growing comfrey and nettle at my sisters. She has alot of room and wants a veggie garden but doesn't know the first thing about growing . But she lives 2 hours away.

Well, I want to delete this thread cuz there's no f'n way I should've seen fungus gnat larva all over my damn root ball. Diverse microbes my sticky trap ass. I have no chitin (not chitlin stealheader :)) eating bacteria in my diverse, properly aerated, and properly measured teas?! Plus I amend my soil with crabshell...1 cup/cu ft. Those microbes were supposed to have a chitin larva jaw buffet. Nothing was put in my soil to kill the life, and I don't over/underwater. WTF....goosefraba

worm castings and / or compost top dressing will get rid of them. I told psu that over and over for 2 years. He finally tried it a few months ago and it worked. I discovered that a few years ago by accident.

Yes I top dress my own VC, and try to keep it moist to prevent mikeys from going dormant. I wonder if they were almost dead already. The roots were very healthy.

seed sprout teas or coconut water diluted
I have some amazing barley seed brewing now...might be my last feed on some near finishers. I usually bubble V2 at least overnight. Do you guys use immediately? I also never got an answer on how long this stuff is good for if at least stirred daily...

I only bubble sst for a few min to an hour. It foams over really fast. Its best to water after they wake up. Watering over night is no good.

it takes 40 hours to sprout the seeds or beans

No good?! It's still very bubbly when I water it in morn. I purée them when the sprouts are just long enough.
