The Cali Connection--Chem 91 & 818 Headband Seeds

I finally got Connected! Stoked as f*ck about the 818 and from what I been reading this Chem 91 is gonna be boss shit too!

I wanted to post picks of the beans and make a thread as soon as they got here cause I've seen some threads trashing Swerves gear and just I expected all 16 seeds look mature and viable. If for some reasn they don't pop ill be pissed but 95% of the time you pop some beans and they don't do what the good lord intended its most likely something the grower did.

I'm not here to kiss ass or say I'm a pro at all. But I just wanted people to see my seeds and that there intact and looking great. Too much shit about imature beans and shit almost boaderline sladerish even on here because people don't know how to go through the proper channels to get stuff handled.

Chemdawg 91 is one of the best strains I have ever smoked.
And since I had a hook up for it it was pretty damn cheap too.... $280 a zip not bad, $1050 a QP pretty damn good, $1800 a HP blew my socks off.

That's what I hear and their discription says at The Attitude. I watch a dude on youtube KomAGrows and he grows nothing but Swerves gear and does one hell of a job. So I'm stoked about anything Swerve puts out. I'm new to growing and new to being a connisuer now if you will. But I'm tying to collect me some goos genetics and do the damn thing!

Oh yes! Its gong down.....I didn't waist no time. I popped one of the 818's at 6am est this morning. So when 4/20 comes around ill have some nice cured 818 Headband to smoke on!

i think im gonna grab some 818s...800g per m2 soundslike mad fire to me! and your right, gotta get what u wanna cure for 4/20 today! thanks for the reminder!

My first Cali Connection bean has popped her head out and getting first set of true leafs in less then a couple hours. I'm expecting to get some fire from this one. I'm starting to get my box and environment dialed in and my plants are showing it. Not trying to toot my own horn but "toot-toot" LMAO!

i got the six pack of fem818(but they gave we two extra seeds, one didn't sprout so i have seven) I am on week 4 day 2 into flowering and have just noticed multiple male flowers on 4 of them. They have never had any defecencies nor have been heat stress nor interrupted during the night. Other than the small male balls they are healthy and already have huge frosty buds. i do not want to trash them now so i am going to try out DutchMaster Reverse with their Saturator to stop the male flowers. I have never encountered hermies before from feminized seeds but this is my first from cali connection. Hopefully the Reverse works great as i have read it does on multiple articles online.

oh and one of the seven headbands that did sprout has mutilated leaves and grows very disproportionate, I left it growing just pushed it in the corner of my grow room because its a waste of space.

My 16 CC beans, 3 germinated, 1 Autoflowered under 24 hours of light. I put it in flower(Watching closely for nanners). 2 buddah Tahoe,1 ok and looking good, the other growing mutant leaves. I ordered 50 packs of seeds and I'm currently growing them with no problems except for the CC beans. Just a heads up watch for hermies! I should have known when you backcross a strain 4x. Backcrosses should go a max of 2x not anymore.

Isn't that a bit exaggerated? You're growing out 50 packs of beans?

Well 50 in the last year 1/2. I know plenty of people who bought that many. I split the cost and the beans.

That's sounds like you did a lot of shit wrong or something man, cuz I have grown well over 30 packs of cc seeds a very rarely run into any problems. My germ rate is never below 80%. And have only have had hermie problems with sour og ( 818 headband )

And the auto flower bs, let's see some pics, cuz the auto flower was well over 2 years ago now , and now any auto problems people are having are older root bound mom plants.

It's not close to being root bound and it's not that old. Just Google Cali Connection autoflower and you'll get enough to read for a couple days. It has full on buds and I threw it in my flower tent. It's not root bound but I shouldn't have to worry about transplanting it. I shouldn't have to buy a new car that I have to fix. I wasnt worried about it before because Swerve said he was going to send me replacement beans, he never sent anything.

I'll say this......I'm new.....not a pro by any means but when your popping so many beans sometimes some just ain't gonna pop.....it happens its nature. That being said a seeds job is to germinate. A plants job is to grow and produce buds, anything else that hapens out of the norm is almost always brought on by the grower himself/herself. Light leaks fluxuating temps & humidity over feeding......all of this is in OUR control as indoor growers.
I researched and read fo over a year before I would even buy any beans. I seen people bashing Cali Connection, TGA, GreenHouse Seeds and many others. And almost always you go and look and their setup is less then ideal. I understand being upset about things not going the way you hoped but to say its the breeders fault is kinda out there when there so many others growing FIRE ass strains from seed from all these companies. These guys wouldn't still be in buisness if they were constantly ripping people off on purpose.

I've noticed that the bigger a breeder gets the more haters come. Same thing with Advanced Nutrients and guys on here.....seem like if its not in their price rang people are gonna talk shit. It really erks the shit out of me sometimes.
