has anyone ever been busted or close to being busted? if you been busted for selling/cultivating how much trouble did you get in? is there a good defense to why you got caught with so much weed? lol here is a personal story. if anyone has any please feelk free to share.

i guess i can consider myself pretty lucky! i threw a sick ass house party and a fight ended up breaking out in my basement then made its way to the front of my house then once again made its way to the middle of the street. after the fight was over i ran back to my house and a couple minutes later 8 cop cars were outside my house banging on the door saying "we know your in there dont make us kick the door down" so because i was such an idiot i opened the door and they searched my house. i was immediately handcuffed and placed outside. gang unit comes outside and tells me to come with him. we went down to the basement where he had my scale,bongs,gas mask,weed, lil ice baggies, etc layed out on the floor. he then said " do you know how much trouble i can get you in?" i said "no officer i dont" he then says "what should we do about thid?" i said what any real stoner would say "idk" he then made me STOMP on all my shit and brake it. he confiscated my weed and didnt write me up. LUCKIEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!! the reason why i consider myself lucky was n ot only because i got away with everything and didnt even have to show up to court but because i had a 9 milly and i had sold it a week before my house got searched! the only thing left behind were the bullets. they asked me who owned a gun in the house but u said nobody so they just took the bullets.

ive been jacked for money and weed (4 times in 1 month,same officer) totaling about $900 and 8oz
most was the first time, was 5.5z's and around $400, the second time i had an oz and $80 & he took my bus pass?(that's right..buspass,i aint no baller..lol)
the 2nd last time was about 1 or 2 oz's and no $$,but last time he got me i only had a portion of my rent money($450) and was accused of "going to buy drugs"
i had stopped selling after the first time(he bankrupt my buisness,i only sold to friends/family to support my half-oz a day burning habits,lol)
i dont deal and dont plan on dealing again,i'll grow enough to smoke and save the hassle of paying more,ppl. trying to jack me,getting caught traveling to get it........
and to be clear, he never wrote anything down in his fancy little book ,i wasnt charged,he pocketed my stash and money infront of me.....dirty....but i still appreciat not being charged...& its weird becouse he comes to my work acouple times a week,awkward.....
other than that(that was the worst for me,it was about 2 years ago.)
before then i had been caught with weed afew time's but never charged they mainly take it and tell you next time to go far in a forest where they wouldnt be found, or (& often here )they let you keep your shit/ignore that they even saw me walking down the street smoking a j(very common here,im sure some places it be weird...)anyways i wish best of luck to everyone who wants to feel safe with a bag'o'cannabis in there pocket(whether for use or distribution)

had a house party my brother got in a fight, police came found 2 little plants. got a year of probation and 100 hr of work project. thats why i been inactive for a while. im back and off probation next month!! cant wait to grow again

I was popped(snitched on) in '93 with 3 mamas and 32 just dropped clones..........because there was no evidence of sales.....they didn't push for cultivation........they wanted me to drop a dime on someone else, but I said I wouldn't even if I could and I couldn't because I didn't know anyone.....I grew my own........they wrote me a ticket for possesion of 4-8 ozs and I pled down to possesion of less than an oz....$75 fine, $50 court cost....and the cost of the equipment they took......I should point out that they boxed up the mamas, then left them behind........so I knew they didn't have jack in evidence...the clones would have died and weighed nothing......we left the mamas boxed for several days to be sure the cops didn't come back and they never really recovered from it....we did continue the strain but mites killed 'em shortly after we moved to a new site.......
If I had money for a lawyer, I could have beat the charges completely.....it wasn't my house..a buddy was letting me grow at his place.....I just happened to be there tending the garden when the cops busted through the door(illegal search) and I took the ticket instead of them busting my buddy.....

Never give up your rights....don't consent to search..if they have probable cause they won't ask. Don't snitch on others to save your ass. most importent thing is to know your rights, the officer i dealt with(mentioned above) when i said he couldnt search me he punched me in the face and thrrew me to the ground,then cuffed me so he could exicute his Illegal search, the 3 times after i knew he gave 0shits about people's rights....
i know it's hard but everyone try to keep the grow and the girl away from eachther,my ex had the tendency to say "ill call the cops if...."whenever she was pissed off.stay safe all,no matter howmuch your caught with(IF and i hope not!!) "it's PERSONAL smoke" even if it's 100lb's your making persi. hash for the next year..lol(i wish i could afford that) and even if it's a lb grammed out, remember "i baught it like that" all persi, i hate that handing a joint to someone is trafficking...assholes...btw in my city___________ they recently made probible cause not legit becouse i cop would see someone buying papers and search them...things like that...assholes....lol if anyone does get pinched i hope you have a decent and respectible officer(s) to deal with,there are some out there..

ya i feel you man. i live in fl and the penalties for marijuana are ridiculous!!! if u get caught with 25ibs its a felony and a 3year mms i believe. mms means mandatory minimum sentence it fucking sux. wether ur selling or growing in fl its a big risj shit just having 20 grams is a felony!!!!! wtf!

the consiquences in fl. seems rediculouse, and the penalties reflect in the price..i hear an oz is around $750?here it's 100-180 depening who you know,and the police are more lenient towards cannabis..but most the growers here that werent caught in the last 2 year either stopped or moved on....there's only acouple people who produce weight here and most charge up the ass bc. they know there's no competition($200oz and $2800lb's)...
i saw a vid of ppl. in florida that payed $300 for around 8g's and rolled it into 1 shitty looking blunt,smoked by more than enough people, i was sad for them,yet happy for me.lol just people growing plants, if it was legal the crime-factor would be dropped and it wouldnt be as connected to "gangs" and violence+alot safer for anyone who wants to buy 1 or 2 j's in a new city (new to them). and people who grow could feel safer from anyone with negative intentions.(countless people buy a gun becouse they cant rely on police(the "law's gat" lol) and this put's people at risk,im not a gun person,i enjoy shooting at inatimate objects(cans,55g drum,bush cars) but wouldnt shoot an animal unless i was dependant on the meat for survival.(i feel the need to point out i dont own any firearms,only shot a small rifle when i was 13. and onday alittle black pp7 (W.A.C.,made in france)it was old but fun i wouldnt mind owning a small peice like that for the cottage(only bring it while camping for long period of time in the middle of nowhere,incase of cougars or bears.ive had 2 scares before and wouldnt some mind on peice of mind if either decided to charged me)

i live right outside of dallas, tx..and i got busted today..gayest shit ever. i texted my friend to see if he wanted to go to a headshop in plano well then this other kid (kinda friends wit) asked me to take him to get an ounce of corn on the other side of town since were going out so i said w.e. lets do it. well i had brought my weed cause we were gonna roll and smoke to the store. the buyer couldnt link up wit the seller and we got lost and he kept saying ill be there soon so we drove around the area and i parked. we rolled up a blunt and as soon as i was gonna light it my friend goes "law" he passes us up and makes a U turn and i try to hide the blunt under my driver rug. he talks to us and he tells me to get out and says have yu smoked or do you smoke and i go no we dont smoke its a bad habit so he goes can i search yur car and i go no cuz yu need a warrant for that and he looked at me and got mad so he called bak up. he goes well if yu have any weapons or drugs in their im goin to call the k9 or i can search it and if i find something ill throw it away so i think about it and he goes to my car to ask the other people wats goin on..wen he ask bak up if he can get a k9 he goes NO its not on duty (my friend saw him say it) but i couldnt see since he was out of view (i sat on the curb). i just told him i had a blunt under my rug dats all. well he pulled my friend out to search more and was like yu rolled it huhh cuz yu left evidence (swisher guts on road) he lookd into my center counsel and found a baggie wit 4g's in small baggies so i told him i bought it like dat. his bak up was all cool didnt give a shit jus wantd to see wat was goin on dats all. the officer told them to get in the car and was like these baggies are 20 each right but told him i got it for $60 for all of it (left over from a quarter). he was like that looks like some low grade weed no hydro stuff (it looked like shit) but it was maui wowie and smelled fruity and sexy. i was like yu dont know wat good weed is huhh?? he made me stomp all my weed and blunt then got some info from me. then he was like im gonna be on your side of town next week. i did yu a favor so yu can do me one (wants me to snitch). i was like i dont know anyone over there who buys or sells (all my customers live by me) and the kid who sold to me lives in cali but comes here at times to bring good weed so yu cant catch him i bet. i also had a baseball bat (use it for lacrosse..simulate my shooting with the bats weight) and he was like dis is a felony also for carrying a club weapon around so he goes im gonna put dis in your trunk and my friend shakes his head because he used dat as an excuse so he can search my trunk also but it was too messy and smelly so he just felt around real quick..i hate cops like dat!!! we didnt do shit and dat kid fuked up stuff because none of that shit would have happened if he had the damn address cuz me and my friend was just gonna go to the headshop not go ask the laws to bust us..that was $80 gone and dat kid also had 2 warrants but the cop let us go..stupid damn day !!!

i hate feeling like a criminal smoking a j,everyday i work i smoke a spliff(or2-4)at work and one on my way home(i dont drive,bus.bike,walk more my style)
im lucky though,ive had cops see me smoking a dube infront of my work and becouse im in uniform they keep driving,plenty of crackheads around here to keep them busy.also i smoke ontop of a shoppingmall often(almost daily) on my way home and the security guards there dont care about me becouse they're old manager "john" (who is now RCMP in up north) told everyone to leave me alone and pretend they didnt see anything. the first time i met "john" he was wlaking aruond the corner while my brother myself and a friend were playing hackysack, i see him and flick the cherry off my dube, he says "dont put that out on account of me being here" and all awkwardly put it in my pocket,he tells me to light it back up,so i did we smoked him on afew spliffs and played hackysac for over an hour.since then i feel pretty safe burning there but they have a bunch of new guards now so im somehwat skecthy,all they do is rip dubes and dump peoples bottles....PEACE & again goodluck to all with all.

Okay I didn't have much weed. I had like a fat 1/8th. I had it separated in two baggies in different pockets. (drug dealer?)

Well a few months before the bust I had found out from a friend whose uncle is the chief of police that the cops were following me on the suspicion that I was a major dealer (never was a dealer) I just knew a lot of people. Since they always saw me with different people they thought I was a dealer, it also didn't help when a dude got busted and named me instead of his dealer.

Flash foreword... It's 3AM me and two other friends were sitting in my friend's car. We were going to take off but we hadn't yet because he was looking for a CD that must have fallen. A cop drove by. My friend (a very paranoid dude) says "dude we should go back inside" I'm like "don't worry about it man" Not two minutes late we're surrounded by three cop cars. Two cops per car. One cop goes to each window with their guns drawn telling us to put our hands on the dashboard. They, after checking the license plate I'd imagine, got us out of the car. Patted me down and found the weed. Luckily non of my friends had any money otherwise I could have got conspiracy to distribute or some shit. I got hauled away. After getting finger printed they handcuffed me to a bench. They thought they were smart. One pig was in front of me with my full attention, the rest in the back taking notes. The pig in front starts trying to ask me questions. I say "Stop right there officer, you can't interrogate me without reading me my right." "I'm not interrogating you" Right then I get bailed out. I get charged with possessing 1 gram of marijuana. So those bastards stole 3 grams from me.

I got caught with over 300 seedlings at different stages of growth one time, and 4 much bigger plants, but they were still vegging. I also had 1/2 pound mid grade and 2 oz of "the good shit". I had scales and baggies all over I was only 20 yrs old at the time and even more stupid than I am now, (LOL). I got charged with possession with intent to distribute ( FELONY) and they dropped the cultivating charge because the plants had no bud on them. Luckily I got no jail time as it was my first offense but I did get 4 years probation,and loss of license for 2 years. I gave up selling after that, I just smoke it now!

i got one ,i was way younger i was selling had a line bumping (dial a dope) was making like a 1000 a day before paying for the driver,gas or lil bs things but still wicked money for a young guy.after about a year some of the guys are bitching about constantly being pulled over harrased . me being the boss i tell them there paranoid .one day a driver doesnt show up for work i cant get a hold of this kid at all and i turn my phone on at 10.im fucking choked i hop into the work car to go pick this kid up on my way i get a call someone tells me the kids car got boxed in when he leaving this morning and they ripped through his whole car saying they where looking for weapons,they took him in for the knife.i turn around to go back to my place cause im not sure what this kid has said and i gotta clean up.i go do that, so if my door gets kicked in they dont find shit but i still have a gun i dont want on the property at all , call up the my bro to stash that shit at his place an im on my way.i get ony call for an 1/8 on the way i figure why not its on the way i gotta start the phone anyways , so befor i drop off the chunk im gonna drop off the weed . this was the dumbest shit i could have done cuase after i dropped the weed to this chick i was pulled over in less then a fucking minute an this guys right in my face i rolled the window down 3 inches so he could hear me when he approached the vehical he demanded i roll the window down now or he smash it .after he told me to get out of the car i made sure i did up my window and locked my car he demanded the keys i said he does not have consent to search my vehical , thts when i informed me that my car is part of an on going drug investigation.......thats when i my whole almost puked thinking about the gun in the trunk and how long it would be until im sent to jail for a couple years.so he takes the keys starts his search two more officers arrive they exchange words with him they come back with no gun , no nothing im thinking wtf how did they miss it ,it was under the spare in the trunk IT WAS FUCKING LOADED thats like and extra year per bullet(canada) whats going on im thinking then get me out of the car and show me a txt msg on my phone "B" in a big letter "where u at" the cop asks if thats my boss ? im just fucking confused cuase it my brother he tells me someone was trying to phone me , he then informs me thats i should go home not to "b"s house and think about what im doing with my life?????? what im like yeah sure sure they then leave , say fuck it drop off the gun and throw away my phones start packing my shit at my place im taking a vacation......i head north to start growing like i always wanted too, i learned my place was raided a few days after i left(old old worker who im still friends with told me )only bad tings they found where some air soft guns and pound baggys in my garbage and weed crumbs, i feel like the luckiest guy ever ,not quite the girl i dropped off to my last bag ever, was a fucking u.c. a couple days later my sister friend sees they put out a warrant for my arrest (crimestoppers put up a pic of me) for trafficking , i lawyered up and turned my self in i just was a prilimanary and they got 9 DVDs of shit on me and my workers! considering i was making the most and they didnt find the gun or anything else .....i think im pretty lucky and i think there pretty pissed
