Every time I come here I try to help people, but only get arguments. Almost cant post anything here without getting YouTube like comments. Hence why I havent posted much in 10 years.

I found a much nicer place to be, with a lot of friendly, supportive growers. I much prefer civil discourse. Something that happens when you get older.

Then you need to tell the guy that. Because many may not know what you know. Where i live in california I have been lucky enough to get a bunch of contracts to work in the legal and professional industry, and so far I've seen only DE HPS rooms. Now i have not been inside all the facilities so maybe some are LED but i highly doubt it. Im just not 100 percent sure though being my trade is not gardening related so i have not seen everything inside these facilities.

Sorry, but this guy deserves every bit of shit coming his way. he starts of the thread with a "Hey there guyses, i'm a commercial grower", even stating that he needs eight 8 inch fans and two AC units. But then when we get into the nuts and bolts of it, it turns out he has a 3000 watt setup. Commercial grower? Uh, no.

Commercial grows need to run UL listed lights. Most of the options for quality LEDs that are also UL certified tend to be in the higher price range, pushing the ROI out further.
