OK so i put countless dollars and hours into a crop that id half way done in hopes of harvesting and donating my meds to patients not for profit but to recupe expendichures and my time, but do i also

1) look to recupe space cost and that space cost would be for climate controled secure free close parking per square foot commercial building

2) Electrisity

3) Nutriants

4) Cost of lights and all other equip

To simplefy what all do i keep record of and compare to amount of harvested meds to be able to say i did not profit just paid for grow it self and not be a complete dumbass be cause next time i dont have a xx,xxx amount to spent on setting up the room. just a little in sight would be great thanks a million.

well..i dont really get the question....but if its all non-profit....whats the point...from any angle you could look at it..your giving it away...which is kinda hard to swallow to begin with

yes keep all records of everyting purchased and as for the space issue i would add a reasonable amount depending the space used as a monthly cost because in all reality that space can be rented even if its the size of a garage thats atleast the way i would apporch it

Just add up what all your equip. cost. and then when your done weigh it up and see what you think its worth or shoot for a price that will break you even when all said and done to pay for equip.

make a total of what you wasted and how much you got back from your donations and subtract
