The best LED grow light for marijuana?

The same light on alibaba is 400-500. Last time I was at growgen the ION was $999 plus tax. They do go on sale from time to time but doubt they drop below $800-900 plus tax.

so yes, possible.

If warranty and customer support are important to you then maybe it’s worth it. Have no idea what the ion warranty is like though. Maybe growgen handles the warranty. Not like ion is some established led grow light company like gavita or fluence

I looked into Sunritek pretty extensively and they seem like a good choice. But...

Just get a Meijiu. I don’t know if it’s the best but it’s by far the most consistent based on my research. More people on this board have ordered from Meijiu on alibaba than any of the the other vendors. The most common Alibaba issues are things like not getting the diodes you paid for, different drivers than what’s listed, shitty quality, stupidly delayed shipping, product doesn’t work out of the box, order is for the wrong product, etc. In over a year of research LED grow lights, alibaba in particular. I’ve never once seen a user here complain about any of the above. There have been a few times where an customer received a broken product on delivery and Meijiu immediately sent a replacement part and payed return shipping. In one situation, Meijiu just let the customer keep the broken light. He ordered a new driver and it fired right up. I’ve also seen posts where the driver failed a few months after purchase and Meijiu sent a replacement driver ASAP. Lastly, users here have independently tested their lights with a PAR meter and they were as good or better than the claimed testing done in house.

If I had to do it again, I’d likely order from them. The other vendor id consider is umol technologies. I’m currently using their supplemental bars and have a friend using their 8 bar light. Waiting on him to get them tested.

if you give me your budget and an idea of what your setup is like,, I’d be happy to give you some specific suggestions.

I've been reading that meiju leds are the brand to go with. Problem is, they have multiple 650w leds. Can anyone tell the difference between these two? There's a 300 dollar difference. The second one that says 1,000 watt in the heading says it's 650w under 'actual power.'

Personally I would say go direct with a company like HLG. Theirs way too many counterfeit or miss represented products out there. It use to be that way with the MJ industry but it's spreading extremely fast across all industries now. Most companies or ''individuals'' involved are proxy middle men for China ETC, the proxy dissapears if you report an issue.

I was placing an order for the fixture but when it became apparent I couldn't use paypal I messaged them asking them if they could e-mail me a paypal invoice...... They said they couldn't even though when I bought a led board king brite offered this.

I logged out because it was like 3am and I was tired. Next day I get a call from a man in China. I hung up. Another call this time I reject it. Seven or so hours later I get an sms text and a whatsapp message. It says it's from someone named Lisa in regards to the order I didn't finish. Her whatsapp photo is a provocative photo of a woman at the gym with the innocent doe eyes look, something you would see on tinder.

She says if I complete my order it would bring 'very good comfort to a little girls heart.' LOL. Is she talking about the female children they use in their Chinese factory whose little hands make it easy to install the led bulbs into the fixtures???

I think it's hilarious they try to use the sex appeal of a woman to try to help finalize orders. To any of the guys asking for selfies, lol, please realize you are actually talking to a man.

I'm looking for a new light too, found these three to be good: Mars Hydro FC 6500; HLG Scorpion Rspec; HLG Scorpion Diablo.

The Rspec is a 600 watt lamp and the Diablo is a 650 watt lamp - but I've read reviews saying the Diablo has hot spots and the Rspec is the better light. Does anyone know about this?

The FC 6500 is a 730 watt light and it gets great coverage.

Anyone have opinions or facts about these three?
