my order has said

Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

for over a week now.... any advice?

call them, email them? it somes takes 10 busness days to reach

"it means what it's already in the country that it's suppose to be deliver at ( though origin meaning is completely different ) so if u have something from CANADA to USA it means that USA is already get it and preparing to to give to the usps so it will ship the item to u

origin post is like a company that take oversea stuff and sort them out "

Taken from some answer site.... I bet your beans are on the way across the pond and just need a new scan when reaching north america. You'll get em.

dont worry the usps site is not up to date wit the shipping info. it will say that till ur package has arrived
