that is true.. out of 2 entire order I only got 2 auto aks to germ.. SO now im stuck running fucking 20/4 light sycle for 2 piss poor plants ( seedlings really ). But there sending me some more seeds so im gonna hold off judgement till I get em.

I ordered 10 beans with my credit card on Attitudes site. They got to the east coast in 9 days...stealthed up in a tshirt...6 free G13 beans. Good online updates thru Royal Post mail system.

I orderd 2 sep orders .. In all I ordered >

2 - Dutch Passion Blueberry
2 - Paradise seess Whiteberry

Freebies
5 - ( was supposed to get 10 but w/e ) G13 Power Skunk
1 - Gigabud

Didnt recieve the other 2 free fems ( forgot the names ) though


But out of all those seeds.. ONLY 2 germed and sprouted.. 2 of the Auto AK's

I called and talked to em and emailed Rachel and after she talkd her manager into it they agreed to replace them.


Like I said, The Attitude ( Rachel Esp. ) will do you right.. Just dont try and raise hell at them . They seem like pretty cool ppl.. I even asked if I could switch up and get diff strains as the replacements and was allowed to get diff strains.. I told em I dont wanna take the chance on the same thing happening..

5- White Label Northern Lights Fems

Plus Rachel said they would throw some freebies in as well.. SO I cant realy complain as they didnt HAVE to replace shit really.. Im just hoping I get a much better germ/sprout ratio this time. The hard part is sweating them through shipping till they get here.. Ill let you guys know how it goes this time.

They didn't "HAVE to replace shit" but they have too much competition now not to offer something unique, like decent customer service. The trick to any successful business is to make it seem like you are bending over backwards for the customer. In essence, what you are getting (free) is making up for what you never got, or what you EXPECTED to get and got bunk shit in the first place. "Rachel" is playing good cop/bad cop when she says she'll have to go to her manager to get approval. Attitude is a "business" but remember that this "business" is not a sound, reliable "business" that you can COUNT on being open the next "business" day.

BTW, I'm not trying to force upon you negative tone here, but you have options, so next time, think about the experiences you've had with Attitude and weigh the option of trying another bean bank. There are plenty of them now, and word of mouth is your friend!

Okay I have an Update: I must have messed up when typing my email adress so with the confirmation # they were able to tell me what was up with my merchandise! Well that feels a little better. Now just waiting to see if anything will make it here?

I think alot of us have had good luck with the tude and are happy. As for the other bean banks, I would be interested to here positive experiences, from European seed banks. I think this thread has had some positive things to say about seed boutique.

I think Rachel is providing good customer service, not trying to fool you. They are making lots of money and unless the UK closes them, I would bet you my garden they WILL be open tomorrow. (disclaimer: or the next regular business day!)

I used Attitude Seedbank and couldn't have been happier. Great service, super quick delivery, well concealed, good prices and after having just harvested what I purchased from them, the strain was also very good.

Yeah, I think I'm about to place an order with them. So far, they seem to be one of the better banks if you live in the US

Although I have nothing but good things to say also...we have had some issues with possibly old beans. The Violator Kush has finally popped 2 of 7 after 10 days. My Red Diesels were new stock (6/6 within 24hrs) and the Night Shade Feminized are fairly new I believe as I did not see them when I ordered RD, but they all popped within a couple of days directly in media (my buddy germmed these, though I prefer the glass or paper towel method).

I am also confident that Rachel will make good on any problems on our future order...Barney's "LSD"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for Attitude, Stay away from Barney's Farm Violator Kush...they are OLD!!!!! 1 of 7 popped and quickly died (11 days)

man.. alot of bad reviews about bad seeds from the tude.. I hope my order that is "en route" is alot better this time. Hd TERRIBLE germ/sprout rates the last ( 2 ) times

yea it is kind of a drag, but I am sure they will make some concessions. We do not really blame the tude, it is kinda part of the business. To keep people happy, they have to maintain a large stock from many breeders, it is bound to happen. How they respond is the key. This is why it would be good to here about other companies who are as good or better, that way there is REAL competition, guaranteeing customer service. So far I have only heard one peep about Seed Boutique and no others, although there is no shortage of naysayers on the tude. Also I really don't give a crap about breeders or banks that sell their gear for Mafia prices anything more than $50-70USD had better be special.
