I'd like to understand LED lighting like I do T5, MH, and HPS.

I share in your interest. I've taken a liking to LED technology as of very recently, and it's quite difficult to have all your ducks in a row mentally on the subject just by reading scattered information out of order. I'm sure there's tons of books out there, but recommendations would be cool from other users who are much more savvy with it.

Basically LED growing hasn't been quantified yet. They're still arguing on ways to measure LEDs and coming up with new standards and such. Plus lots of labs and university are trying to keep as much knowledge secret to keep some kind of advantage in the battle for funding and contracts. And stoners, for all their advantages, aren't the most organized peeps.

What you're asking for is several books worth of knowledge.
