Im surprised i kept her alive this long in a 16oz cup. Shes starting to show some amber on her popcorn looking buds. Its amazing what some of you are doing in a 16oz cup. I will be doing some cross training in the off season getting in shape so next time i can compete with you big boys and girls. Good luck to all.

Has there been an end date declared or are we just going until the last entry has been harvested?
Unfortunately for those that start early, we have to wait for the later entry's. Once we get close to the end I'll put up a voting thread separate from the contest thread. At that time put up your best grow and harvest pics with a pic of your harvested buds on a scale showing dry weight. Also include a smoke report and reasons for winning. Everyone will then vote for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. 1st place is 3 points, 2nd place is 2 points and 3rd is 1 point. Blue ribbon prize (4th place), can also be mentioned. There will be some not in the top three who get votes so after all the votes are tallied, the point total will determine where you finish.

Do we weigh after it has reached "smokable"

Looking good NV! Can you tell me how your using that watering system in your pics? Are you on a timer? What brand? Have you had any issues with them? Thanks!
It's the blumat system it's gravity fed I have the one gallon res on top of my cab. And they're sensors that go into the soil to detect when the soil is dry enough for them to start dripping, you don't get any run off with them it just keeps the medium moist. They have been a life saver specially in this comp and with my main grow too I love them you set and forget and just keep the res full. There's a bunch of guys using them on this site and a few using them in this comp too.

^^^I agree but it is truly amazing how many people say that but then their greed gene kicks in once they see something big which is why I just take a 1/2 zip of Medium Mex and get the best of both worlds :p.

And for you noobs, don't forget that green mascara is excellent at fattening up your buds. Think of it as bud Spackle! :) And try to have a little pride and at least try to get the colors right .

Weekly Update #9:

The plants have gotten so top heavy that they cannot stand on their own. Gonna have to figure something out today. Also, the aluminum tape on my entry bitch came off so I doctored it with some gorilla tape.
This comp grow is the only thing I got going on now, all other plants have been harvested :(

Not much has changed in the last few weeks really, certainly not since my last update a few days ago.
Everyone's really rockin' it, keep it up!!!
