purple cheeser sorry when i brought the page up it said the glove thing was ur post
built my own 1000w from ballast/cap/ignitor, firing it up in a cooltube, its great it adds very little heat to the area, I have it about a foot from the top of the plant and am just using a duct booster fan for the cooltube, but need the A/C unit on full or it gets way too hot.
tons of lumens, I have a 400w too and its also great.

Wow man, those are looking great! I'm EXTREMELY curious to hear how you fare with that Super Blue hybrid bulb. Definitely make sure to post some more pics along the way, and right up until harvest. I'm thinking of running a comparison test with a standard hortilux super hps and a super blue myself. The hydro company said they'd sell the hybrid bulb to me at cost if I just reported back my findings.Here is my 3 skunk plants,3rd wk of flower, in 7 gal pots under my 1000w hortilux super blue w/ a digital lumatek ballast!!

first one is G13 Labs Super Thai Skunk from attitude seeds, second is Mandala white satin also from attitude seeds, third is grandaddy purple, grapefruit diesel, sour diesel, and grape punch clones. They are all under a 1000 watt eye super hortilux.

i have 6 Massachusetts super skunks Flowering also in 7 gallon pots and i low stressed trained them you should try it.Heres mine only like 2-3 weeks in 12/12

it goes about 56-63 days.. I'll be taking a look at it with a 50x closer to harvest to see if it needs more time.. But i am off of nutrients completely.. she has about 3 weeks left to go and she is on plain water... 75:25 fresh water to feed.. SO Im hoping she uses up all her energy by the time its ready to come down

I went with the super blue cause its the closest spectrum of light to the real sun out there and the node spacing is so short and tight!! So far I love this bulb
hey was good fellas??? right now im about 3 weeks into my very first cfl grow... i am growing white widow max and afghan x mazar.. a total of around 10 plants...i decided to go with cfl because i was limited space and i wanted to keep it hidden from my mom.. well my mom found out and said it was ok to grow if thats wat it was gonna take me to get off the streets and having to deal with shady drug dealers just to get a gram.. so now that space or stealthyness isnt a problem i am looking at getting a 1000watt hps... but i have no knowledge about hps units... i want to just buy 1 that has everything so i wont have to purchase anything else... can somone send me a link of a good deal??? something on ebay or watever u guys recomend... my budget is under 400$ so just hit hit me up... i just want basically a good ass lamp that will get me some sexy ladies... wat models do u guys recomend??? im asking u guys in this thread cause it seems u guys know ur stuff!! thanks alot fellas and stay high!!
