Any Recommendations on How To Increase Levels of THC ??

I'm not sure what you mean... You can turn the weed into bubble hash if you like. That will make the THC stronger and then you could press it into rosin after that to make it even stronger.

Grow a healthy plant, and harvest when ripe. Aside from that, choose high THC strains. UV light may or may not help, depending on which study you read, and how exactly it's implimented.
