Yeah same here have some jars that haven't been opened in 2 or 3 months since they were done curing.... i like it when you open one and get a little vacuum pop of air and then the smell hits you^^ its a never ending cure. I smoke it and what I don't smoke, cures until its all gone.
It definitely gets way better as far as the smell after 2 or 3 months it's all just the pure bud nothing else. That bud may end up curing a long time as the next batch is gonna be done in 2 months+ and I have not made a huge dent in the last harvest yet... easily got 2/3-3/4 left after 3 months. Some of those jars may end up getting cured for a looooong time
