So I gots to order my meds from an LP, 8 days ago I ordered 2X30 gram packs of weed. So new shit comes out... so that's why I didn't order all my 150 gram script.... so using a calculator I figured out I could order 2X 60 grams. because of the 8 days x 5g/d = 40 grams off my first 60 ... so I could in fact order 120grams and still be under my script..... follow so far?

So I get a call from me LP..... your over your order they say ..... I was like "you guys don't use calculators??"

So from health Canada here is the rules about that if you order on the 1st of the month your whole script say 150 grams..... you can't order until the 30day period is over.... so you will run out by the time you could order again(for math sakes)...... it was my understanding that I could have 150 grams max on me at any given time.

So in reality your fucked if you order you entire script at once. you can't resupply what you use until you use it all up.... apparently the best way is to order min 2 times a month 1st and 15th. religiously without fail.

yet when I have a 3 month script for narcotics I can get a month supply at a time and go in before that months supply is done and get another months a week before ?????? can HC make it more impossible to have a constant supply. let alone if you have a LP that doesn't have stock all the time then this is even worse and compounded!!

Just so ya know I did discuss this issue with me LP and they are on the same page as me.... it's HC rules and they are actually trying to get it changed... but then again it's HC so who fucking knows eh???

Before ya crap on LP's hahaha or even me cause I use one know that this is the only way I Get my meds paid for

Ya that's pretty fucked up for you Jackal69. This LP deal is the worst thing they could have done to folks. Especially Vets. I understand that you are entitled to this service.
Unfortunately I don't see it changing any time soon.

yeah but probably only in the summer with my veggies.... as from the way you guys talk about growing.... it's almost a full time job.

Don't get me wrong if I actually had to pay for this I would be growing myself illegally if I had to or bm route

close to $2000 a month depending on price.... $8 - $12. way too fucking rich for me if I had to pay out of pocket

Yes it is a huge job to grow your own. But for many patients it's a labor of love of course. Being in charge of your own meds is a pretty great feeling and the best way to economize this needed product.
If you get the chance to grow consider it as you can do only even a few plants pretty easily. You are lucky getting the Vets paid for deal. I couldn't afford to spend even $500 month on it at this point.
As a Canadian i'm proud our Vet are being taken care of.
I'm not so cool with the RCMP getting this benefit though. Just kinda pisses me off that the very folks who would bust you get to use it for free. Am I the only one who see the Hypocritical nature of that deal ??

did you buy from a LP in 2014? i am curious if you claimed it on your taxes and what CRA had to say. they have to change their tax law now that HC no longer provides MMJ

No he can't claim it because he pay nothing and the VAC pay for it.

i would like someone who has bought from a LP , filed 2014 taxes and claims MMJ-what did CRA say when the receipts were sent in. the tax act says it's only claimable if you bought it from HC but since they stopped selling April 1 2014-hav they updated their act to reflect the change.

you can make any claim you wish on a tax form whether it's claimable or not. It's only looked at if you get audited.

Medical marijuana or marijuana seeds – the amount paid to Health Canada or a designated producer for a person authorized to possess or use the drug for medical purposes under the Marihuana Medical Access Regulations or exempt under section 56 of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Well I would argue that someone growing for someone else would be a designated producer...I am my own designated producer...

So who exactly pays your lp?
If you have to place your order dont you have to pay at the checkout?

right but if you claim $2400 on meds..they'll probably ask you to prove it.
all our receipts were from a CC and they all got denied because it wasn't from HC. if you don't get a receipt from your DG-you're hooped. if you bought stuff for your DG ie: nutrients, soil, ballasts etc. those don't count as they could be used to grow a different plant..that you don't need a license for
