TH Seeds Chocolate Chunk

So I just received my Choc Chunk seeds from SB, along with 10 free Thai Haze x Skunk 1. Everything seems to be straight, the Chunk is in the breeder pack and appears untampered with, so this is probably nothing, but I just want to be sure.

The seeds for the Chunk are relatively small, and only a couple have stripes on them. Also, a couple of them are slightly deformed. Can someone who has run this strain before tell me if this is typical?

It seems that their packs would be hard to fake, and SB has a solid rep, I'm just a little worried is all. Thank you for your help.

Small seeds,odd shape, and stripes do not effect anything. I forget what breeder it was but I got a 10pk of seeds that were tiny as hell and very tan yet all germed 100%! Good luck

I'm not so much worried about whether or not they will germinate, as a couple had already cracked and just barely had radicles protruding just 12 hours after being put into paper towels. My concern is if this is typical of chocolate chunk seeds. just making sure they haven't been switched out, as some seedbanks have been accused of doing in the past.

i wouldn't sweat it. i've got small seeds from th seeds and turned out great. i know those freebies and that place has always done me right.

If anything you want all of them tiger striped! That is an excellent indicator of potency and maturity. Sorry for my ignorance but which bank is SB?

maturity yes, potency no way, maybe you mean vitality ? BTW did you know you can rub the stripes off if you want ?

For the record, they are pretty legit. Magnesium def. problems early but that's my fault. baller for LST.
