Hot off the press guys:fire:

I have been working with the good people over at Ontario Seed Bank and I am happy to announce that they now have our genetics in stock.
This is very exciting because as far as I know this is the first brick and motor seed shop to carry our goods that means no more mailing just a quick run to there shop :)

I can say that hempdepot did a wonderful job for me. I mailed them my order form and international money order. 6 days later I got a confirmation email sayin they received my order. 7 days after that I got the package. Very discreet shipping. I was happy I ordered from them and will be again.

There is no more Dannyboy and won't be it was a tribute to my best friend that passed away at 38.
It is intentionally rare!

i read the description and the story in high times. awesome way to pay tribute to a great friend.
i would love to grow it, but i understand that i can't. is there another strain in your quiver that is similar in stone to how you described Dannyboy??

Absolutely while I keep that line special we work with many of the same genetics these days and IMO the best strain that represents the Dannyboy is our Space Queen the heavy potency cherry flavor and resin production is all there.
On a side note she is prone to PM so make sure to keep her cool and dry near harvest.

That's great. Everytime I'm in the GTA, I try to stop by OSB's shop. The guy that runs the place seems cool. Next time I'm there I'll check out your products.

Hey Sub! Good to see you are getting around, and especially back to this site. I am searching for some NL#5 and want to make sure it comes from someone reputable. Do you have anything similiar to the NL#5 ? Also what is the most potent strain of PURPLE that you have without changing the temps?

Thanks!

For NL#5 have to go with JC2

NL#5 X Pluton
Back crossed into the original NL#5 mom.
NL#5/Pluton X Purple Haze
Backed into the NL#5 mom X Herer

Thats JCf1

JC2 is a BX

I'd go with Querkle on color but cannabis needs a slight temp change to really make em bang
Cannabis floral clusters are basically green, but changes may take place later in the season, which alter the color to include various shades. The intense green of chlorophyll usually hides the color of accessory pigments, Chlorophyll starts to loose it’s vibrant green color late in the season and anthocyanin pigments also contained in the tissues are uncovered and the amazing colors are produced at this time. Purple, resulting from anthocyanin accumulation, is extremely common in Cannabis, this color modification is usually triggered by seasonal change, and also can be influenced indoor by a temperature drop of between 20-30 degrees.

This does not mean, however, that Purple is controlled by environment alone and it can be passed on genetically. For purple color to develop upon maturation, a strain must have the genetically controlled metabolic potential to make anthocyanin pigments and be responsiveness to environmental change such as cold nighttime temps. This means a strain can have the genetic potential to change color but if conditions never exist you may never know it. I have grown Jacks Cleaner for a long time and when I moved west and it found some dramatically cooler temps I got a nice maroon/ purple coloring at maturity.

Deep Purple

Urkle BX

Purple Urkle X Querkle

This strain was created to lock down more of the Urkle dominant traits and bring out more of the musty grape taste that Urk is famous for.
The strain produces a wide range of female plants and not all of them will exhibit colors at all. The ones that due however are highly sought after and several people concider there Purple Grape females amoung there best Indicas strains. Not a huge producer or a fast growing plant it makes up for it in taste and high quality.

1) Phenotypes- Look for the short Indica Dom females with Purple tinge
2) Height- Short and stocky slow to grow upwards
3) Yield- Medium
4) Indoor/ Outdoor
5) Best Way to Grow- Long veg and remove some shade leaves to allow light under
6) Harvest Window-50-60 days
7) Sativa/ Indica 20/80
8) Purple Urkle X Purple Querkle Male
9)High type- Calming and relaxing and very fun to smoke
10) Taste like Grape snocones

There's a strain guide stickied here but I don't think it's completely up to date.

I'd go to the TGA forum on breedbay and search for whatever strain you are interested in. That way you can see tons of grows from many different growers with different experience and set-ups.
