One day i ordered some seeds from Attitude, mainly for the TGA free seed promo. I recieved a single seed each of Dairy Queen and Chernobyl. Luckily both were girls and both strains turned out SUPER DANK!

TGA/SUBCOOL, keep up the good work. You definatly have a new fan here. Can't wait to try some of your other offerings.

Here are some flower pics.

you are on fire lately cold army soldier, Qush looks great, outdoor are looking awesome

The Qush appear to be ready yet no fading is happening on her, I have had this happening to me lately and I really don't notice a difference in taste, do you guys growing in organic SS find the fade is necessary? Why does Kyle Kushman in some video says''dont you wish your plants were all lush green at harvest day'' so I dont know what to think, are they suppose to fade or not!?

Hi everybody, i remember the first time i had a plant fading outdoor. I was thinking "oh shit, what did i do wrong?", it was many years ago:weed: I understood when i smoke her that all was ok. Now i wouldn't chop a plant who didn't fade enough, it definately play on the taste and ease of smoke.

Always consider nature, what do leaves do in the fall at the end of the season are they lush green?
My grapevines were all lush green at harvest time, and they taste great!!! the colours of the fall are caused by the drop in temperature are they not? not because they are running out of food?

I am just trying to understand the science behind the fading and the taste of the flowers.

If I have too much food in my container and my plants dont get the fade does it mean that the end product could have been better? (asking the opinion of other growers as well) also what can you do if its not happening but the plant is ready to harvest?

I dont believe the fade has anything to do with the taste of finish product, of course I could be wrong. I believe the fade is as you said due to the drop in temperature such as Sub stated with fall and the changing of colors. Now remember not all plants change colors during the fall to winter thats why your grapevines didnt change. as some trees dont change in color either. The fade could also have to do with the plants genetics...

If the plant doesnt fade by harvest it just means there still is plenty of nutrients for the plant to uptake, which I dont believe would be a bad thing in organics, with organics a flush isnt nec., however i'm not an expert I cant say wether or not the taste would change with the plant still being green and plenty of nutrients still in the soil, maybe a more experienced grower can chime in on that part.

But yes for the most part fade is due to drop in temp. along with genetics of the plant as well. of course fade due to not sufficient enough of nutrients availble is a cause too, but as far as of an effect it would have on flavor i'm not sure and curious as well what others think?

It's a fine balance... too much green can mean too much N left, which can mean N left in the buds which does mess up the taste and smoothness. N is also one of the factors affecting THC levels at harvest. Lack of N is associated with increased THC %s, more N means less THC potentially.

That's interesting, Any article to back this up? if it's true, that in itself makes it worth my while to try getting the perfect amount of SS to use for each strain to ensure fading of the plants in later stage.

I got a very nice Agent Orange that looks like it will have the perfect amount of SS, she's got about 20 days to go I cannot wait. She is starting to fade ever so slightly. Thumbs up TGA for the smell, I cannot believe it.
