Texans wanting M.M.

i believe this is relatively new, lets see what we can do to get this to happen. get some court protection here in the south and not be penalized for a natural occurring plant.

Man that's going to be a tough one. There are a lot of old fashioned people down there. Good luck though.

I’m hoping someone can make sense of medical marijuana in the United States. I read the proposed bill for Texas and it sounds well written for protecting the doctor that prescribes mari(h)juana and the patient that uses mari(h)juana. But it doesn’t give any legal protection for anyone that distributes to patients or the individual growing mari(h)juana. Or am I just getting a head of myself and is this only the beginning legislation? Any one that is fortunate to live in a state that allows MM has the time to explain how it works or a link that explains it. I have lurked around here for over a year and thought I read pretty much every thread and still feel confused about it. thanks
