Tent temperature

Hello, I have a single girlscout cookies plant in a 6 Gal container in a DWC set up, the weather is getting pretty cold at night about 45F or 8 C , and im worried because im in 3rd week of flowering, i have already put a water heater and set it up to be 23 C , should i worry about the ambient temperature or is it ok just to be controlling the water temperature ? thanks for any output !

I was hoping warmer water temperature would compensate to colder room temperature

this is intermediately i changed to a bigger tent



this plant is one month from when the first pistils appeared, I think its pretty small, I choped some fan leaves that where blocking the light for other buds

still haven't been able to raise the temperature, the hotter im getting is 15 C and the coldest 13 C, still reservoir in 25 C and dont seem to have algae or other roots problems, they seem quite healthy.
I think Im going to add an incandescent lighbulb to see if that can help out with the temps and may be some of the light helps, who knows.
