(Tennis Elbow)AnyStrain Recommendations for Arthritis(PAIN)???

I Currently have a bad case of Tennis Elbow and lower back pain.I lost half my strength in my arms since 2009'.I was taking shots in my elbows since December 2011'.Doc and i talked about surgery but he couldn't guarentee that would resolve my pain issue so i told him i wanted to seek other options b4 surgery.Since Jan i have had my License and started Med grade and let me tell you,Almost all of my strength is back in both arms and the pain is minimal.This is the thing,i have been treated by BioDiesel,UK Cheese,BluDream,SS,PIN Kush......Any other strains u find work well for pain let BigDAD know please....

ice pack. reducing inflammation is key. and get some dope......real meds. some dilaudid, for when the ice doesn't work.

Many/most pain can be eliminated by balancing the bodies needs for minerals & nutrients

Investigate Magnesium Chloride + Ca. Most of us have too much Ca (and the wrong type) but are deficient in Mg Cl. Often the excess gets deposited in the joint areas, eventually causing pain.

Thanks for the feedback...Really awesome to know there are people who still take the time to care.PetFlora,I think i will do that.There is a place called Fresh off the Farm not to far up the road i can find what you mentioned.My sister told me about Calcium Chloride and she mentioned that the certain over the counter forms are less aggressive then what a doctor might prescribe so i guess ill do some homework on both chlorides and see which 1 or both can help.

Dilaudid, damn, that's a bit strong? But then I'm not a fan of opiates really anyway.
