Temps High in the day can i switch my cycle to lights on at night?

welp lights came on and everything looks fine. the only thing that i would say i noticed is that on some buds a few of the the hairs that were growing up are now growing outwards and spiraling a bit but everything looks fine

temp is at a good 80 degrees F and humidity is at 55% so things are lookin like they should be better from here on out. thanks for all the info. lets hope things stay copacetic

I am thinking that is just bud growth. The top is extending and the already formed calyxes are being pushed to the side. That's wht it sounds like to me at least.

I agree. Another thing pipe dreams said made me laugh....the electric company charges by the kwh (kilowatt per hour) ....there is no "peak time" ...they charge you for how long you use it no matter when you use it.

Actually I read some article talking about saving money on your electric bill and they said one thing you can do is avoid "peak times". They didn't say how big the difference was but they definitely said there were more expensive times of the day. Like noon or so when everyone is running their AC at it's max. It could be state dependent though. Next time you get your bill see if there is a peak time charge or something similar.

HEY YOU! im starting my plants indoors and then later moving them outdoors....theyre seedlings now and are starting to stretch becuase its been cloudy here...COULD i use the sunlight by day and then use CFL bulbs by nite? Ive heard of plants getting confused because of inconsistent light schedules but then ive also heard of a 24 hr lite cycle for vegetative so i dont know shit anymore please help me..

Yes you can definitely do that. I don't think different kinds of lights hurt the plant it just activates different growth hormones. I would say a cloudy day is ok for plants. Also in my experience its good to start to give seedling/clones some down ime (18/6). I usually keep my clones under 24/7 until I see roots show and once I transplant them to their first containers I throw them under a metal halide HID first 250w then 400w for vegging
