Temp 47°-49°F.Tonight Will My Seedlings Survive??

Has been a rough start for my garden this year. Finally put seedlings out and they are exactly that, from 2" to 4", but have been starting to really grow and look much better. However, even though it's been ridiculously hot, tonight's temps.are supposed to be in the high 40's.
Has anybody had small plants out in this weather? Yesterday the wind and rain was moderately scary, to the point I thought about placing pots upside down over the plants as pea.sized hail was predicted as a possibility. But they came through fine.
I am slightly behind, but hopefully the garden, mostly autos, will be just fine.
Any advice is welcome. I am able to move most of these plants onto the enclosed porch, or with more work than I care to think about, into the garage for serious cover.
Imo, I think it'll be ok. We are only talking about a couple hours of maybe 49F. Graciously accepting any advice from anyone who has had this experience.
Blessings upon your medicine.
