Ok I'm about to make a order in couple days an need your help about led are these any good. 3x2x6 grow tent. Going to be Veg an Flower in 1 light

If its your first grow and/or you dont want to setup full environmental control id go for cmh. Its a more forgiving light than led if you are able to vent heat without getting your humidity too low.
The Meijiu light is good aswell but requires more of you as a grower to get your plants to drink properly as it lacks IR.

Very nice.
Choice of 3000K +660nm red or 3500K + 660nm red
Either of the above will grow nice plants.
Personally I'd go for the 3500K + 660nm red as an all round veg and flower light.

you will want to have the temp in the grow space to 28-30c and all will be fine, no need for a cmh.

Will their be a big difference in growth in the 3500k compare to the 3000k

What be the full climate environment for going LED

You need to be able to warm/cool and up/down humidity. 28-30C and humdity according to growing stage. To a certain extent you need this with CMH aswell but it generally works out so you can just have a extraction fan and maybe a humidifer. It all depends on how you grow, sealed/ac/vented and if vented: from where? A cold outside climate or from a AC-ed room? Read up on Vapor pressure deficit, the compound of temp and rh which is what determines how much the plant drinks. With cold light like led it means you need extra heat and humidity in order to have your plants drinking the way they should.

3500k + reds would be around 3000k, guestimating. That should be fine for full cycle.
3000k + red would be more flower centric and may not do aswell in vegg.
Its a bit strain dependent, our amnesia isnt great in a 3000k veg. Some are fine.
