tell me what you think, LST

i read alittle on LST and figured ide try it on a few of my plants. tell me what you think. i know most people probaly do it earlier and i wanna be careful and not snap any branches so ill just bend them alittle every fews days or so

in pic 3and 4 the stem is alot thicker soi was careful, but as you can see i spread out the lower branchers, is this going to help increase my yeild?
