Tea's

I just started using tea. My local hydro shop explained to me how to do it. They hooked me up with a small fish tank type air pump and airstone. I use a nylon stocking and put a few handfuls of worm casings and home made compost an tie it off. I drop that in a 5 gal bucket of water with the airstone and add in a few tablespoons of corn syrup. I let it bubble for 1 or 2 days and then mix about 32oz with 3 gals of water and water the garden.

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions or tips about using and making teas.

and 1 question... is it ok to PH this watered down solution 5.5 and use it for cloning?

I started making tea this year...so I'm not an expert by any means...

I have been using ewc, compost (little bit hot), mycos, molasses, liquid seaweed, mushroom compost, aloe and forest humus....I make 55 gallons once a week...I don't use tea bags...I bubble for 2 days then add more molasses (add to hot water first to mix) then bubble 2 more days...I spray and soil drench...I am sure they like it...my plants haven't been this big in may before....

I would just use plain RO water @ 5.5 to clone with...but that is just how I have always done it....

I was told not to use hot water to start it, that can kill off the bacteria's that your trying to develop. I forgot to mention I also add a few tablespoons of Azomite.
Oh, I mix one cup of hot water with the molasses...otherwise it will all sink to the bottom of the drum....

I don't reply much but when I first started I came across the AACT Teas in this section (it's a sticky) and followed the first recipe for teas. It was the best most frosty buds and tasty I had. Haven't looked back since. Have fun do over complicate things. K.I.S.S ( keep it simple stupid) formula.
