I used to think that local law enforcement would be less likely to spend their resources trying to prosecute caregivers. After all, it's going to be an uphill battle and cops hate uphill battles.
But now I'm starting to think that maybe the cops are going to make special efforts to go after caregivers because
A) they are more out in the open and easier to find.
B) They want to demonstrate that medical mj laws are a bad idea.
What do you guys think?
