Tap roots but no seedling...9 days?

First grow, I have a bubbleponics set up and I started the seeds in the system (6 Total) on the 26th of Jan. 4 have popped and are starting their second set of leaves and 2 have tap roots but have not popped.
Question - how long should I wait for the seedlings to pop on the 2 laggers? It's been 9 days since they were started...

I've read sometimes it'll take up too two weeks for some seeds, I've not verified this myself as I've gotten extremely lucky and never had to wait more-than 3 days for a seed to pop.

Someone with more knowledge might have better info, but I say wait it out, you never know, maybe those slow pokes will turn into a amazing pheno?

Once the 4 seedling that are up now get their second set of leaves I plan on starting weak nutes....Will this hurt the seedlings that haven't popped?

If they aren't up by then yank them, something is wrong. Do an autopsy and try to figure it out.
