Seeds should really be 2 mths old b4 u clone. By then they are definitely in the veg stage with pre-flowers (more visible on 18:6 than 24:0).
My clones re 10 cms cut, the width of my hand. You can take cuttings on 12:12 but only in the first 2 weeks. Better on 18:6 to clone.
