Taking Clones

Yes. They just take longer to root. This is less of an issue if you haven't been flowering for very long.

Pretty much as noc said. Taking clones is not reccommended during flowering not because it can't be done, but because of the extended time u'll spend waiting for them to take root as clones taken from flowering plants WILL take longer.

Unless you just have a bunch of veg space to use with a clone rooting and taking longer times to do so its just better to reveg plants for clones if you need to keep the genes around....

If your just wanting to get a few more girls started vegging for a next round in flowering with nothing else to work with then it may be worth messing with.
IMO anything in flower longer than 3-4 weeks is near pointless to attempt and my own experiences show that picking any pistils/hairs off while leaving normal leaf amounts helps them root slightly faster.

i beg to differ. I red from a highly respective grower that cloneing 21 days into flowering had the best results. Sure they root a lil slower but the yield is suppose to be that much bigger. If i remember correctly he said somthing about because your cutting from a mature plant. Im not claiming to be a expert im just sharing what i have red. Hope this helps. peace.

Taking a clone anytime during the first 2 weeks of flower is fine should not take any longer too root 7-10days also there ill be no ill affect to yeild or potentcy peopl should have there book of refrences when giving a person ho is in need of advice instead of making every question a debate some just have too do things the simple way because they have not spent enough time learning the critical aspects too these advanced techniques if u cant roo a clone in flower in the same amount of time as veg your methods may just be weaker and less effecient as others that do it .....

As mentioned the biggest thing is the amount of time it takes for the plant to get readjusted plus the growth will be strange for awhile. You may have some trouble getting it to root but it also depends on the strain and how hard it is to clone. The main factor is time.
