Although i dont have an answer, try looking up your model on google... that being said i looked at those numbers and had to double take because of teh "1PH" thing.... my stoned mind honestly went "fans have PH now wtf.... ooooohhhh nvm"

The 1PH means single phase...whats the diameter of the inlet and outlet? If its a cage fan just measure the inlet...

ya its a cage fan...the inlet is about 4 inches its a laundry room fan.
