Hi,
Can i use T8 fluoros to grow with. I understand they wont be the best to do it with, but will they be sufficient?

depends on what you up to and what you have;) for veg T8 in 6500K/cool white light are not a bad choice, for flowering you would have to use 2700K/ warm white or so but those then have not enough punch normally so you would have to use a truckload of them and the would eat more then they give. basically you can say that a single 600W HPS will put out more light/lumen in usable range then about 1000W in T8 with 2700K. also do this T8's cost you more then a 600W HPS if you have to buy them in store.

i have 2x double T8 lights, in a white, not sure which one. i also have some daylight fluoros from my office, and an enviro bulb. i also plan on getting some cfl's which i will set up with desk lamps for the clones and lil babies.
What would be better to use out of the T8 for veg and which one for flowering?
