T5 HO for veg & flower

I am building a super stealth cabinet for a friend and have to go with T5 lights due to heat issues.

What bulbs should I use for veg?
What bulbs should I use for flower?
How often do I need to change the bulbs?

I do believe there's a couple HOT5 threads

The go to is
v- 6500
f- 3000

but young plants root development benefits from more red than in 6500s, so 5000 or combine (mix) some of the 65003 with 3000s to get a similar result

You can also get GE 4100k daylight bulbs for a balanced spectrum for the whole grow.

I have not tried them yet. I use stock 6500k t-5 for veg. I like them for the compact growth and large leaves they seem to grow for me.

If I was to use the tents for flower with the same light fixtures I would go half and half 6500k and 3000k for more vigourous growth in veg and a better flower spectrum.

I limit height in veg and flower with multiple HID lamps in a seperate room here.
