T5 fixture in 2'x19"x5.5'

i have a very small area to work with as you see, the fixture i am looking at has 10'000 lumina is this enough?
have bagseed to start with want to use grow bags and put as many as i can jam in there.
1 to 2 weeks veg then12/12, or should i go 12/12 from the start?
