T5 2ft 4 Bulb Fluorescent Light where to buy?

The Sun Blaze T5 Light Strips come with the blue bulbs, and the red ones aren't hard to find. Every site I've been to that have T5's have the blue and red. Google is your friend.

The Sun Blaze T5 Light Strips daisy chain together (24" daisy chain 10 max, 48" dasiy chain 5 max) and only use one normal household plug. The 48" T5's are more efficient than the 24".. 24" are good for seedlings/clones.. 48" for full grown vegetation.

Sun Blaze even offers reflectors and hanging brackets for this light. The best offer for the ability to customize your setup.

Just do some searching, it didn't take me very long to find that these are the best for the price.

Enigma, Please by all means show us the link for the red flowering spectrum Fluoro strips. I have looked all over google, and ebay. I have found red spectrum lights in fixtures or CFL's for sure, but none on the light strips. I talked to HGH and a few other hydro shops. the 6500K light strips are fairly new, infact they only have a yr warranty on them as of now, compared to a 5 yr warranty I have on my fluoro fixture. I was going to get the 6500 K tubes to help during vegging, but I will have the flouro close to on top of my plants so its not needed, if I could find red flowering tube strips that would rock. The problem is as of yesterday they aren't made......

For sure! those links definately help , but he was talking about the strip flixture with blue or red. Its almost as big as the fluoro and takes up little space. Those links are for bulbs, not for the strip fixture with the red spectrum bulb. They don't make those....

You can check aquarium shops as well. I just bought 2 24 strip lights(coralife). They come with bulbs but depending on what you want, the bulbs are different for fresh and saltwater. The freshwater will come with a 10k and a red light. The saltwater will come with a 10k and a tru blue 03 actinic. But never the less you can still change them out if you want. I went with the saltwater light. They are about 40 bucks a piece. I got mine from Aquacave(something like that).

EDIT:
Saltwater - 24" AQUALIGHT T-5 Double Strip Fixture - AquaCave

I dont see the freshwater one, but its exactly the same except for the actinic is replace with a red light

That like has a 10,000K bulb in it !!!!! I don't think you can swap it out with a 3000k just cause the bulb may fit BUT I AM NOT AN EXPERT ! :)

Yea no worries. Order the T5 fixtures and get some red bulbs if they don't offer the red bulb package. No big deal, fluoro's are great for veg.. but you need tons of them to flower.

As you will see in many of my posts, I refer to fishtanks very often. The ultimate concern we have is the production of photosynthesis. Now, it could be a land plant or a water plant, photosynthesis must occur regardless. Take a look at the Great Barrier Reef, thats photosynthesis at its best there. Take a look at what it takes to run a fishtank successfully, you will learn that if you want a nice tank, you must have good lights. Never the less, photosynthesis works exactly the same whether it be on land or under water, it works exactly the same. In my opinion grow shops are some of the most ill equipped resourse you can use. Visit a "good" pet store and you will learn how the lights work. A good fish store will more than likely have a marine biologist employed. Just my 2 cents.

Not to be rude, but I'll get more information sitting on my ass right here.

The interenet is a VERY powerful tool, if used properly. I can learn anything I want here.. at my desk.. in my underwear lol.

I've already been to shops in many states that I've lived.. plant shops.. pet shops.. pond shops.. all they do is regurgitate what they've read in mags on the counter. So I grab those up.. read through them.. read on here.. ect. ect.

Not once have I seen a marine biologist working at a pet shop.. but maybe I didn't go to a "good" one.

well the grow was ok, but many of the buds were like fluffy popcorn, mostly lower buds, this grow no lower buds will be allowed to grow, and about 4 cfls will be added for flowering
