I have a few germinating right now and just wondering for when the time comes. I really don't want them growing taller then 2 feet
t what height or week can I switch to 12/12 for shorter growth not knowing the strain

dnt do 12/12 from seeds, it'll stress...and its bagseed u know...u dnt want more of ur plants to bcm a hermie or worse, male....
LST is the key dude.... if time isnt a factor, i'd say throw the plant to vegging like 24 hrs light, that'll give u short, bushy plants....after the plants are like 5 " tall, train it.... i topped my plants tooo...bt imo, its not a good idea... stressing the plants for no reason at alll... im happy with LST.. try it man, and have a huge ass weed bush

Easiest way to train plants imo https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/56976-advanced-lst-old-school-bonsai.html have the branches right where you want em, no fucking around with string tying plants down, keep em as short as you need.
