I have this cutting that exhibiting some dark spots on the bottom of the specimen and its currently drying right now but was wondering if anybody had experience with this cause im afraid it might spread upwards. Should I cut until I see only green/white flesh or will this cutting be fine?

If you are going to plant it it should be fine . Don't plant it too deep, support it so that it doesn't tip over, and don't over water.

Good Luck!

hi soz, long weekend, with guests...

Plant it, if you realy feel the need, but DON'T water it, it has no roots.... if you wait for roots you can water when you plant...
