T 5 for veg

thanks in advance for your help - what is favored to be the best bulbs used in a 4 ft T-5 8 bulb fixture for veg

the higher the K (kelvin) rating the better for veg anything in the 4600-6500k spectrum is good for vegging.
i use 105 watts 6500k and 105 watts 5000k for vegging
:joint: if the bulbs dont have a K rating then look for "Cool White" as opposed to "warm white"

I veg with a 4 foot 2 bulb HTG fixture 10,000 lumens and amazing compact growth. I use blue spectrum bulbs. Keeping the light close keeps plants down(which I want) and makes inner branches explode. Controlling growth is easy since if you want them low, keep the lights 3-5 inches away. If you want a little stretch maybe for some LST, lift the T5's a foot and a good stretch will occur in 2 days =D

i have a 4 ft 6 bulb red/blue mix i have thought to go all blue but at the same time i was told to leave it and it helps with the red to i am on my first grow starting vegg under these t5s than i plan to bloom in another booth under 400-600w hps but so far things are looking good for me
