Switching Periods

Hi all, I'm currently using a BS500 and I've been on a 10 on 12 off schedule. I'm nearing harvest time and I want to increase the light time, but I'm not sure if it would confuse the shit out of the plant or if the plant just cares how long the dark is. Can I do this without harming my babies?

keep the same start time, jus add an 11th hour to the timer.
