What is the max humidity I want during flower ? And are my temps ok?
what are you using for lights? some cob guys would say 86°f is where you want to be.i woudnt go above 55% humidity in flower, but shit,im an outdoor guy mainly.maybe a more experienced indoor grower will chime in

nice bushes youve got there.look healthy in the pic.i would definitely think about running a dehumidifier at lights out if you cant get your humidity down.

quite a drop.my outdoor plants have swings like that into lower temps without problems.id be more worried about your humidity.high humidity and temp changes like that could lead to problems

Rule of thumb is that you want it to only be around a 5 degree Celsius drop in the difference so as not to stress the plants. They can handle the temps of about 27c / 28c but the sweet spot would be around 24c /25c . Get yourself a air cooled hood to vent that hot air and help keep temps down

I can't really afford one at the min, what about putting a isolating fan in tent blowing between the light and top of plants

You should always have a fan in there to help with blowing the hot and humid air around and to prevent any mold spores getting time to form. What strain is it? Some strains can handle temps as high as 30c

Blues and bubblegum, and I haven't had one in because the temp would be at like 24c which is a bit low ain't it ?

If that's your thermometer hanging right below your light then I wouldn't worry too much about that temp because its probably not as high as it suggests.
You want a proper grow room thermometer and have it hung just above the light line out of direct light so the radiant heat from the HPS doesn't warm it up. By doing so you will get a proper air temp reading.
For the RH just get a small dehumidifier and have it on when lights are off.
