She was Planted in the ground on 4-20 by seedling. She is now 6 feet tall and doing awesome. I grew the mother to this plant indoors. I have 2 other sweet purples the same size, but dont have pics posted yet. I have heard that purps are late bloomers, so i am concerned she might not finish in time. No buds yet, just preflowers...

I bet she'll do fine as long as you are by the lakeshore on the west side, its more temperate here. Id be More worried about porkchoppers finding your stash later in the year, especiually if oyu are in allegan, kzoo, casss, calhoun or van buren counties, They always like to hover and use IR cameras to find your weed, epecially in rural areas, the bastards fly over my house and search the cornfields every year late into august or early september.

Do u mean tie the branches down, or bend the top to the ground? I have heard of it, but never tried doing so. Also, how much more of a yield am i looking at... is it worth it? :joint::hump:

Start by bending it over,ty some twine or something about 6''to 8'' down from the top,be careful not to bend to much the first time then give it a few days and tie it down a little more and so on,then start tyin down the branches,Try to keep all the branches the same height...blah blah i'm stoned check the FAQ section theres a section on LST.good luck:joint:

Good looking plants, brother. I hope they finish out for you...how long did the mother take indoors? SP is like a 8 week strain, right? So I guess you could count eight weeks from when you start to see significant pistil development.

I sprouted them in my window sill 2 weeks prior to april 20th, then i planted them bitches... Out of 6 plants, 5 were female... i grew the mother to these inside using my hydro system and pollinated her with a hermie. I dont know if its a fact, but i always have better luck with getting females by pollinating with hermies. i just hope they finish before frost...

vegged for 60 days, 12/12 for 60 days.... i yielded roughly 2 ounces inside per plant, but they were only 3.5 feet tall. How much do u think i mightget outside if they reach 8 feet? I topped once.

Sweet purple ia a tall and lanky plant naturally. I know there are tall trees around them, but there is an pretty big open canapy... plus trees equal cover. copters would have to look straight down on them to see them. The last pics i posted are from awhile ago... The plants have gotten taller and the branches are filling out nicely and bushing out. I will post more pics soon.
