What is someone supposed to do if they are being faced with a swab test for suspected duid but is sober? Say your average responsible smoker is state legal and smokes every night but has to drive to work everyday. I've eaten a shitload of edibles and woke up the next day still high but never from smoking. What if someone say smokes their last session for the night about 12:00 am. Takes them 8 hours to sleep and get ready for work. They are sober but supposedly the swabs can pick it up 12-24 hours.
Over a decade ago I got accused of being high which lead to a dog going around my van checking for drugs. They never found anything then let me go but I still will never understand why he suspected me of being high. If he would of gave me a swab test I would have been fucked but it was hours since I smoked. I don't think they had them back then. His only excuse for me looking high was that I looked nervous. I was polite and even gave him permission to search. I can't help it, sometimes I get nervous when I get pulled over. Every other time I have been pulled over the police have always been nice to me. I'm just afraid what happens if I run into an incident like that again and they want me to take a swab test. What is one supposed to do? If you refuse a swab they bring you down for a blood test by force. Same thing for alcohol if you refuse a breathalyzer. You get fucked either way except swabs are not accurate. As far as I'm concerned they can stick them swabs up their asshole.
