Supposed Electricity Saver!!

hey, has anyone seen one of these before?
hydroponic lamp light ELECTRICITY SAVER ! look? on eBay, also Hydroponics, Plants Seeds Bulbs, Garden Plants, Home Garden (end time 24-Jul-08 12:26:50 BST)

anyone know the maths behind it and wether it would be worth using, i.e how many grows it might take to make that money back

how to you "save" power when you plug something in that uses power

it must be all that german research haha

I think if anyone figured out how to do it the Germans or the Asians would be the ones lol

I bet if you "Daisey-chained" two of those (back to back), your electric meter would run backwards - the Power Company would owe you money!!! NOT!
