Supplemental lighting for flowering

Alright I have a hps light in my flowering room. I just have a question about supplemental lighting. Would red neon lights help in any way? I have an automotive underbody neon kit that is still in the box. I used to build custom cars and it is a left over from inventory. Just curious if it may help in any way? They run pretty cool and there is 2-4 foot and 2-2 foot neon bulbs. I thought I would ask first before spending any time wiring and hanging them.

Probly no they wouldn't provide many lumes or the proper light spectrum some t5s would be topz but if ur broke use some t8s or clfs get the 65k lamps I like to give my girls a full specctrum of light he 65k is a blue spectrum blue increases leaf and stem production. While the red spec (hps) stimulates flower production.

It was just a thought my flower room is only 2'x4'x5' so it is not big at all. I only grow 4 plants at a time for my patient wife as I am her caregiver. And do not plan on adding any more patients. I actually use t8's in my veg room. I have a 6 bulb fixture and a 2 bulb fixture in a 2'x4'x5' room for veging. I just forgot I had those neons laying around found them in the garage this weekend and was like oh hey I wonder? Guess I got my answer. Thanks appreciate it. Just thought hey they are red maybe boost my red spectrum a bit but no reason to add them for no benefit.
