I use it all the time with hydro and dirt. If you look on the back then it shows you how much... I do a cap full every other feeding...

It dosn't hurt the plant at all and gives it an extra umph in its grow. It help the plant fight off things that want to hurt it. Yeah every week is fine, or even every feeding reg. Good luck man.

I use every water change hydro. 2-3 drops a gal. good stuff.

so im using a aerogarden medium (not there light) and i also am doing soil... should i dump the superthrive directly into the aerogarden's water or should i put it in a gallon of water first and then pour it in, reason im asking is the aerogarden hold 1 gallon of water so i dont see the purpose of using a gallon jug first

I know it works well in a bubbleponic system because of other reports of sum of it actually sticks to some hydro systems. Good old dirt is the way to go for superthrive.
