Do I have to veg in supersoil for a few weeks, or can I transplant into supersoil and go straight into flower?

You want to veg in your finish container for a few weeks (depending on the size of your final container)

Subcool has a few videos up on youtube walking you through the steps just go to his channel and search "transplanting" should walk you right through all that.

Ok thanks. My problem is I only have a small closet to veg in so transplanting into final pot is out of the question. I have 2 600watt light in flower room, and under one light plants are at 8 weeks and others are at 4 weeks. So as soon as 8 week plants are finished I bring 4 from closet transplant into 5gl smartpots and under the other light they go.

One week minimum before flower, preferably more... but at least a week. Try not to water unless you have to the roots will stretch into the new soil to find water -- I usually go over a week after transplanting before needing to water again, have gone a couple of weeks before on transplant to a much bigger pot. Superthrive, superthrive, superthrive.
