Supercrop mishap

First time grower here. Got 3 lovely ladies in week 2 of flower one of which was much taller than the rest so to try and manage this i super cropped, i pinched and rolled before bending but one of the stalks split open as you can see in the picture. Had this happened to anyone here and will she be fine? I know the cannabis plant is a resilient plant and i may just be panicking but i just wanna be sure there isn't any preventive measures i should be taking.

Yep happens all the time. I keep Medical tape on hand because it breathes but any tape will work. Just tape it up and give time to heal; it will grow back in thicker. If its real bad make like a splint out of chopsticks or BBQ skewers or something.

It will be fine. Sometimes you have to get aggressive when they get out of control. I wouldn't even tape that myself. I have it happen all the time. It won't hurt to tape but if that's a happy plant it will be springing back up on it's own in a day or so. I've done worse than that and the next day it was growing nearly straight and I had to supercrop again.

I mangled this one and it didn't skip a beat. Cannabis is a tough plant. It doesn't need to be babied.

Yeah even after knowing it's a tough plant being a first time grower it was still hard for me not to worry. Thanks for the reassurance!
