Super Silver Haze / G-13 Haze Flowering question

Since seeds sprouted, they both have been vegging for 3 weeks and I am wondering: Can I start to flower them outside in another month even if they reach maturity in the 3-4 months that hazes can usually take. Meaning they will finish possibly in January or maybe February.

Or, is it too late in the season and the haze's will not mature and finish because of the lateness of the season...

Can someone explain this too me... Thank you.

I'd say it depends where you live. If you have a pretty dry/warm post season maybe you can make it.
