Super Micro Grow Case!

Hello,

I've started my PC case grow or experiment and thought I'd make a journal here.

I'll post more information about the dimensions when I get access to my other journal. (Server maintenance)


I've had some problems with heat and lamps falling down it's all taken care of. I have installed a nanny cam inside my case aswell.

Auto Femmed EasyRyder from Joint Doctor.

I have her on a 12/12 schedule from seed.

I'm gonna Scrog/FIM and LST it. (or should I?)

She was up the 25th.

I overwatered it today.. Here's the time lapse.. Gave her 35ml of 7.0-ish tap water.
The overwatering shouldn't be a problem should it?

Just thought I'd document this if it's possible to grow in a real small area or not

I can't tell difference from the time lapse video, but just let it dry a little and then water just a little bit - so that its not dry but moist.
But don't take my advice seriously I don't have a lot of experience

Be sure to read as much info from other PC growers as you can. Hard to get more than a few grams in such a small space. LST or scrog will def be helpful

I removed the glasspiece so that I can put the plant closer to the lamp.. is it worth sacrificing space between plant and lamp so that I can put glass over it for increased humidity?

I removed the glass and the plant seem to like it much more now.

They have a consistent pale green colour on the first set of fan leaves.. Nitrogen deficency?

I'm going to buy SuperVit for nutes.. Because I think the soil isn't going to be enough..

I've had stunted growth for a couple of days and the symptons have become worse.. Yellowish bottom leaves and the top leaves are yellow/burnt brown on the tips. From my understanding this should be sympton of over-fert.. but I know this cannot be the case because I haven't fed her ANYTHING. So I'm assuming it's some kind of nutrient deficiency. Waiting for SuperVit and gave her random plant food. I also replanted her to my 2nd homemade plant air pruning pot.

It looks like the tips just burnt from the light. How close is it?
Dont add any nutes yet, wont need it for a while.

It was 3-5cm with the old pot.. Now it's a bit lower with the new one. She seems to be recovering I saw more growth this day.. But it's still very slooow.. Nothing like some people have here were she almost doubles the size overnight :O Any tips?

Another update.. Lowered it 2cm more.. It seemed to like that alot. Should I cut off the burnt part of the leaves with sharp knife?





Also, my Security cam caught a fly that was inside my box.. here's pic.. Maybe hard to see, but it's right on top of it

BTW! do you guys think that my mylar has created HOT SPOTS that burnt the plant??

Whoa, It doesn't look great, What is the temperature?
I don't think that Mylar would create hot spots with CFL that much...but you never know.

27C is perfect. Need to be a little more carefull there malady before being so sure about something, thats "only" 80F. Mylar with CFLs shouldnt create hotspots and no you shouldnt cut off the burnt parts. Shes actually not looking too bad. Tight node structure if im seeing it right.

Ok, sounds good How come it's so tiny, though? Yes, the node structure is very tight.. I've seen small hairs on it(female) already :/

In a 12/12 from seed the plants take around 20 days to show preflowers so that's normal. My pc box use to get a little bit wormer than 27 and the plants didn't suffer that much, I think you've got a different problem, give us some info about watering, ph and nutes.

I water when it looks thirsty, I'm trusting my soil package about the pH and it says it's 7.0. My water is also around 7.0. I'm using regular flower nute.. Half strength, until I get my SuperVit. What I don't understand is how my leafs are so tiny? What causes this?
