So iv been growing my SLH for about 6 weeks now, n it continues to amaze me. Given the fact that it's a Sativa & a Haze I thought 4 sure I was in 4 a tall lanky plant.. But as u can c by my Avatar pic, this one is anything but. It has been topped, but even b4 that it was a fat bushy plant.
Has any1 else grown this? Wat other suprises might I b in4?

Ive only smoked it and it was beyond awesome <.<

It overwhelms your senses ;)

The SLH that greenhouse grew looked absolutely splendid , bushy but insanely tall.

Those are good genetics ^^

That is A Green House seed.
I got 6 Feminised Beans from Single Seed Centre. Only 4 cracked, 2 of those were stunted, one is under-performing (maybe a Male), and the other is that lovely lady ^^^.
I am only content with my purcahse as this will become my mother plant, but i wudv been very unhappy if it was all for a single Harvest.

I am growing a super lemon haze and mine is flowering right now and it is about six feet tall so yes it is tall but its not lanky at all like you said its like a hedge. and the leaves are very fat indeed

Hi. I just recently grew two feminised seeds. Sorry no pics. One was a very sativa like pheno, very thin bladed leaves and very long and stretched out buds, great smoke though. The other was absolutly perfect. A very heavy Super silver influence in apperance but with a very nice tangy flavor. Expect it to atleast double in size for flowering. Cut it at about 8 weeks and had many many compliments. Great strain. Good luck.

Just for the record:
Sativa & a Haze
does not make sense. Haze is a strain name (i.e species cultivar), Sativa is a species. Plants are usually either Sativa, Indica or a hybrid of the two. Haze is about 90%/10% Sativa/Indica.
Just wanted to clear that up somewhat :P

SLH is pretty complex when it comes to genetics. I have 5 SLH, not one of them shares the same characteristics, although they are all from the same breeder etc.

SLH has the Lemon Skunk genetics mixed with the already complex Super Silver Haze, which has your Haze, Northern Lights and Skunk genetics. As a result phenotypes tend to lean toward either the Haze (Sativa) side of things or toward the (Indica) side, either Skunk or Northern Lights.
I seem to have at least one of each :D YAY! Mother plants!!! ... I prefer the Haze dominant strains, they have that lovely soaring Sativa high (rather than the drowsy stone of the Indica) although at the price of an extended flowering time and lighter buds.

The pics are pretty crap. Not much room to work with in the Mother Cabinet. Beginning to get nice and bushy for plenty of clones though :P
I should actually bother to take better care of my mothers really... Haha, oh well, they love me anyway! :D

Looks like you're about 3 weeks ahead of me, I can't wait for mine to finish up but its gonna be a while. So far I'm very pleased with the growth and health of the SLH.

Seems like every1 is in agreeance that it is an awesome plant.

GreenPheonix: I knew that Haze is a Strain, not a species. I was just mentioning it to better describe the plant, tho it was rather unneccesary. Thanks for the pics. Got any of them flowering?
I also have 1 of each Phenotype and hav cut several clones off each.. (I'm flowering these ones out, but hoping to grow the clones in2 mother plants).

SwampGrower: Thanks 4d input. I hope u stay tuned.

BenG: These pics r several weeks old, il endeavour 2 upload some new Ones.

No pics of them flowering. If they're anything like Greenhouse Super Silver Haze, they'll be amazing. They were due to be flowering now but had a bizarre situation come up and have White Widow flowering atm instead.
Will post flowering pics in future, when available.

Cheers.

I have got some of this growing. I had 5 seeds and all of them grew into females. There is one that is a giant sativa and is flowering slowly compared to the other 4. One was stunted from the start and took off after about 3 weeks of flower and is about 4' now. The others are between 4 and 5 feet. The buds are not large but are tight and full of crystals. I will try and get some good pics of them and post them here. I am 10 weeks into flowering them. That is a nice looking bush so far.

i just bought 10 of these seeds, hoping ill be able to grow a couple. all feminized, but ive never done a hydro before so im nervous as to if im just gonna kill the thing. Whose using what to grow these crazy things? Any tips or things one should look out for when growing this? i only say that cuz ive heard they can be tricky but idk what that even means really lol...

I wonder how SLH would do in a SCROG.. I have some SLH beans but I wanna grow them in a scrog.. They are way too damn tall for my HOT5 so a scrog would be a must

1 tip is that they like a High EC level. I ran mine on back 2 back weeks of 25 n it didn't bother them the slightest.. I did hav a problem with a build up of Nitrogen tho as my PH pen was out n I was reading 6.5 on my PH pen, but it was more like a 5.2. This made Phoaphorous, Magnesium & Calcium all unavailable n was burning my plant quite horribly. (I lowered my EC to 10 for a week whilst I flushed heavily, n as soon as the plants looked healhty I hit them hard again n they loved every bit of it).
I plan 2 flower in 2 weeks from now.

SLH would b excellent 4 ScrOG, I grew mine to 8 Nodes high (bout 12 inches) and topped it, now I'm training branched exactly where I want them. I have cloned her and still have over 15 crowns at the same level encompassing the entire circumference of the pot, n this is my 1st real LST grow, so I'm putting most of the credit on this awesome plant.

Wat a shame u feel that way.. These plants can b ready in 8 weeks n give superb Yield and unsurpassed quality. SLH is last yrs CC winner, n it's delicious. One guy on here grew 6.5 oz under CFLs, so it's by no means a poor yielder.
