super lemon haze and bubba kush

Please let me know if my plants are looking ok. This is my first grow, the seeds I bought are all feminised Jack47, BlackJack, and Jack Herer. I started growing the free seeds first since this is my first time and they are free, thats the bubba kush and super lemon haze also feminised. Both are shown at 18 days from seed in the paper towel. I will keep postings of my ladies. Please give any advice im very open to any suggestions.

Look pretty stretched what kind of lighting are you using and how close?

im using 4 cfl's about 6" away, they were about 12" away but i recently moved them closer. I read on another post that they should be really close up is this true?

I put mine about an inch or 2 away, yeah i agree with k2, they are pretty stretched...

Also, how long before i can move them into a bigger container?

id wait like a week or two before transplanting..but you could probs get away with it now..and i keep my lights 1-2 in. away

i don't think being stretched at that age even matters. tight node growth is really what matters. i've had some seeds stretch like a bitch at the beginning like that and turn into beautiful bushy ladies. I agree though put the light as close a possible.

when you transplant, which i think should be within the next week, be very careful with the delicate stem. bury it right up to the first set of leaves. the light should be close as possible
